The wrapping up 2011 Readathon is hosted by Jess at Remarkable Reads
The goal for the giveaway is to get readers and bloggers to finish any challenges or books that they had been doing for 2011. I didn't sign up for any challenges this year, because I began to blog and joined the online reading community in May when challenges were already in full swing. My goals for this Readathon was to read more than I normally would and be active in the online aspect of the Readathon. So far since the Readathon started yesterday, this is what I have read:
-I finished THE GODDESS TEST (Approximately 130 pages)
-I began FADE (62 pages in so far)
On a somewhat unrelated topic, I have decided to join the new FORBIDDEN BOOK CLUB and I will possibly be hosting for a month at some point. The book club is for fans of YA to read a book with other readers and join in the conversation of the book online. The reading of the book with be done over a month and a new book will be chosen by voting. I'm very excited to begin reading with the club!
